Wedding reception in chateau de Champlatreux
Chateau de Champlatreux is a unique property because it adapts well to both intimate weddings and larger gatherings.
Charity and Peter's wedding was an intimate affair with 50 guests. The event took place in the end of May, and the weather on that day allowed hosting the reception outdoors. Beautiful long table was installed on one side of the chateau and a cosy cocktail area was ready to welcome guests on the other side.
Anticipating a rain plan is essential when it comes to planning a destination wedding. Of course, noone wants to get married under the rain, but there are certain things that are out of our control. At Chateau de Champlatreux, plan B is as pretty as plan A. If you would like to see an indoor wedding in this chateau, feel free to consult this article here.
At Charity and Peter's wedding, vow exchange ceremony officiated by a professional celebrant took place near the huge fountain, chateau's landmark.
If you ever hesitate between hiring a professional celebrant or asking a friend to officiate your wedding, take into consideration the guest count and the complexity of your ceremony. If you would like to have a toast ot petal toss during the ceremony, or if your guest count is over 70, I would recommend hiring a pro. Some celebrants can also propose MC services for the reception.
The dinner was finished by a dessert buffet. To launch the party, our clients have poored a champagne tower and have surprised their guests with fireworks.
Our dedicated entertainment partners, dj & sax duo were giving all of their energy onthe dancefloor that was installed in one of the function rooms inside the chateau.
Unfortunately, dancing parties are not allowed outdoors, unless you rent a tent with walls. It is a perfect solution for larger groups with 150 and more guests.
